When the interface is a conversation.
A voice agent connecting telephone support with customer service workflows.
01 / The challenge
There is a need on the other end of a call.
On a call, a person does not navigate a visual menu or fill out a form. They describe what they need in their own words and expect the conversation to help them move forward.
Voizbot's challenge was to apply AI to that setting: a voice assistant that handles calls and answers questions as part of a customer service workflow.
02 / The solution
A voice integrated into the service.
We developed an AI voice agent for handling calls, answering questions and automating customer service tasks. Conversation is the main interface of the product.
The approach connects telephone interaction with service workflows. Its value lies in making voice support part of a business tool, with a defined purpose for the conversation.
- Voice-based support. The assistant works through the telephone channel, where the experience is shaped by what a person says and how the agent responds.
- Questions with a purpose. AI supports question resolution within the customer service context, connecting conversation with practical usefulness.
- Service workflows. Automation accompanies the interaction to connect calls with the processes that form part of the service.
03 / Results
A defined role for AI in customer support.
Voizbot illustrates an application of artificial intelligence centred on voice. The project brings telephone support, question resolution and automation together around a conversational experience.
- A voice agent dedicated to handling calls.
- AI-assisted question resolution.
- Automation connected to customer service workflows.
