Understand the whole without losing the detail.
Managing a business ecosystem means working with information from different organisations while maintaining an overall perspective. Looking up a specific detail and understanding the whole are related but distinct tasks.
The challenge was to bring business management, user administration and reporting into an administrative experience designed for both scales.
02 / The client
Parque Científico de Alicante
The Fundación Parque Científico de Alicante was established in 2010, with the Universidad de Alicante as its founder and patron. Its work is to grow innovative companies and move knowledge between the university and the region's businesses.
That means administering dozens of separate organisations at once. Looking up one company's data and holding a view of the whole are related tasks, but they are not solved by the same screen.
03 / The solution
A workspace for management and analysis.
We developed an administration dashboard for Alicante Science Park. The platform includes business management, analytics, user management and automated reporting.
The project brings operational tools and information analysis into a private environment. Its interface addresses the administrative needs of an ecosystem of companies.

- Users within the system. User management accompanies the administrative functions as part of the platform's scope.
- Analytics and reporting. Dashboards and automated reports extend management with tools for consulting and presenting information about the wider ecosystem.
